Does anyone have any tips on how to improve the cycling experience after the 4am alarm wake up?
Sometimes I experience the phase symptoms in what I refer to as the fuzzy zone between awake and asleep.
But recently I seem to either be asleep (often dreaming), or awake and I don't seem to be aware of the middle fuzzy time. I was surprised today to have been awake at 8am when i looked at the clock, then fell asleep and dreamed, and awoke again at 8:05 !!
