PRIVATE COACHING NEEDED

Hello,
I need some private coaching online; I have been practicing for the past 6 months, I have read the book, I have done online seminars with Michele Bizzari (Italian) and a went to a live weekend seminar ( but the practice part was lacking a bit); my problem is that I am unable to apply indirect techs as I am too awake ... I do them but with no results then go back to sleep.
Step SMV works, but not always.
So in order to be able to Exteriorize from my body and reach my target I need to learn:
the forced sleep technique
analyse my mistakes with indirect techniques
practice practice practice indirec techs until my subconscious learns them (so I do not forget to apply them when I awake)
goto my target instead of wondering around my room touching everything (I forget to get to my target)
