I'm a lucid dreamer with more than 50 lucid dreams achieved. I'm now testing your techniques that have lots of sense for me.
When I do naps I manage to some how sleep for a short period of time, when I wake up I can often feel floating sensation like if my body was lying in water. At the same time I also feel my physical body lying on the couch. I figured out it was the phase but never managed to separate. Is this floating sensation already the phase or am I wrong? If yes can you advise on what to do next? Thanking you in advance. And thanks a lot for all the knowledge you are sharing with us...
