Hi, I've just watched the first half of Michael's new video of the class day 1. In it he said that if you can turn or rotate, you are in the phase. I did not know that before, I can lye down and rather quickly( every time I try) start to rotate. I can turn to either side and also spin 360's. How every I have never gotten out.
I can also tilt my self and spin head to toe and back around (phantom movements is rather easy for me to do). IF this is a sign of being in the phase, then why can I not stand up?
