Questions about The Phase and daydreaming

My question today is about if being able to enter The Phase from a day dream is possible?

the idea occurred to me while watching the documentary on you tube.

It might be, since daydream (or an aspect of it) can be done as a kind of visualisation. Sensations might occur and might be intensified... Nevertheless you might find yourself in a kind of "lucid dream" (with dreaming consciousness awake) and can go from there also.

I also experienced what I called "tunnelling" - fast-moving through a kind of tunnel and ending up in some place else. In all cases completely unexpectedly (I was not aware prior that these things were even possible) from daydream focused (and narrow) more than usual to wide-daydreaming. It seems to me like a kind of combination of indirect techniques given in The Phase book.

Evenso, maybe others, more experienced in The Phase curiculum might give their stand on it.
