this was the new technique that was given to us by Michael during the new 4 min clip he recently posted.

thanks... but no explanation and detail of it. It seems simple but personally I haven't managed to do it.

Is this similar to the viewing images technique, and that we should view our mirror as we are waking?

Please give us phasers some details and if anyone has managed to accomplish it.
