Greetings,
I would like to enter the phase through observing images,my problem is my
mentation.
Training. To train the use of this technique, lie down in
the dark, eyes closed, and observe the blackness for several
minutes, identifying any specific images that may arise from
simple spots or floaters, and then gradually transition to
whole pictures, scenes, or scenarios. With practice, this
technique is very easy and straightforward. A common
mistake made during practice of this technique is when the
practitioner aggressively attempts to conjure images versus
passively observing what is naturally presented.
I only started with this training today. I see an image: a beach near cape
town, but then a thought thinks of the view from, panorama weg near
hildesheim, and I see that view. A new thought and a new
view,etc.etc....... How can I just enlarge and melt into the picture, not
forcing, just seing, and not jumping all over which each thought. I have
good clear dreams, and far to few lucid dreams, Í just don't ask "am I
dreaming", or say" I am dreaming" I am often on the verge, but in my dreams
I find it normal that I fly, and have fun,do things you can only do in a
dream, like my last dream flying with two guys hanging on my arms as
passengers but I want to be in control.
Thanks
Erichsa
