Changing phase

Post by spankattack »

Heyho,

I can get in SP and LD easily enough and have long been since able to. The part of my practice I've been neglecting is changing focus while phasing, ie, if it starts out a lucid dream it will usually conclude so, or if a focus 1 with a 2 overlay then ditto (Kepple's model).

My question is, basically, how to change focus while in LD focus to say a focus 3?

thanksies in advancies.

Ah the frank kepple... To be honest that model isn't followed on this website so you're better off going to astral pulse. Before you go maybe stay a while and check out the practical guidebook ;)

Kepple had a good theory.  He certainly settled on his interpretation and then he mysteriously disappeared.  Maybe he slipped into the great unknown of his focus model.
THE PHASE = waking consciousness during sleep hybridisation at 40Hz of brainwave activity conducive to lucid dreaming and autoscopy.
