It looks great.  I love the format.  I'm going to quickly sift through my journal and fill out the survey in no time.  8)
THE PHASE = waking consciousness during sleep hybridisation at 40Hz of brainwave activity conducive to lucid dreaming and autoscopy.

By this moment we have 208 profiles from 1000 needed (20.8%). I hope by the end of summer 2012 we will get the goal.
