Learning a new language.

Post by wavoca9259 »

I can enter the phase frequently, have some trouble deepening sometimes but not much of an issue.

Wanting some stories or advice on learning a new language as I've moved to France and would like to practice more while sleeping.

Asking for guidance while in the phase in English or in French? My subconscious has not yet learned the language, so how would I acquire the knowledge while phasing?

Would love to hear some stories :)

You could try flicking through a bilingual dictionary in waking life on a daily basis---perhaps 5 minutes a day, just passively absorbing the content of each section without paying too much attention to it---as your subconscious mind will be absorbing all that lexicon. Then, enter the phase and summon a French person you can have basic conversations with. Test it and see what happens. In the least, it will motivate you to learn even more in waking life besides self-teaching in your conscious sleep. French might become more familiar in a short time: more first nature as opposed to second nature.
