I had my first conscious OBE this morning shortly after 8 am. I fell asleep to an affirmation: I now have a conscious out of body experience. In a split second, I was suddenly conscious, standing in my small bathroom (1st mirror goal) and was see-thru! I looked down and saw my see thru self. Not in the mirror. I next thought of my physical body, and was suddenly awake within it in bed! Fantastic!
I have been concerned that my issue has been a fear of the movement of my consciousness out of my body, even though I have read and believe intuitively everything will be alright regarding its new location out of the physical body. I guess I needed a quick preview!
