Let s speak about inducing vibrations.
You know vibrations are signs you are on the threshold into The Phase.
As we noticed there are other signs suggesting you are getting near to the symbolic portal of The Phase.
-intracranial sounds, sounds of thundering waves and metallic sounds.
-an itching indistinct creeping feeling as if tiny insects crawling upwards your limbs.-the pounding heart- an uncomfortable feeling of acceleration of your heart which is only an illusory sensation.
when you think your body has gone to sleep.. or perhaps you got stuck at a point of trance, that intermediary Phase hesitant on what to do next. Try this..   Simply visualize and feel but do not apply your intellectual mind, just put into work a sencient new organ of perception.
Do not think you are lying down the mattress ...feel the contact of your skin to the sheets of your bed...feel the pressure of the weight of your back against the surface of your bed.
Just because you do not think but only feel within a moment you will be feeling the vibrations.
I do not recommend moving your physical body at all through the process.
Now you will begin to witness the process of breathing taking place.
Do not think just breath.
Do not try to control the breathing process but remain only a witness.
You may be able to feel where your body is positioned on bed and a sensation of balloonment may appear..and you be aware you are expanding.
With this expansion vibrations often appear.. but it's important to keep the focus away from the body here as much as possible..  Do not concentrate. Do not create conflict. Do not apply will power.
Forget you wish to get control over your emotions. just visualize or sense the pressure of your body on the bed.
Vibes appear. Let go of paying attention to breathing.   
If you felt vibrations do not go on but stop the exercise. It cannot take too long.
If you felt vibrations the next time vibrations will reappear. Then I will show you what to do next.

BEATING ANXIETY TO THE PHASE

The Phase represents the unknown. It is something far and away our comfort zone.
Anxiety is the worst enemy to Projection.
When under the grips of anxiety instead of expanding you tend to contract. What we need is expansion.

This is a multi faced approach to OBE.
The psychic life is the life on the other realities, other realms still unattainable for us tied to the world of anxiety.
At times I will be posting scripts and techniques so that to help you conquer your emotional world inside.
Without peace of mind The Phase will be only a fairy tale.

Question for anyone...
Has there been any instance in your ASTRAL trip written journal you floating above and being able to look at yourself still in the bed or anything?
Has anyone ever experienced this or heard of this happening before?

Once I think I did see my body lying there on the bed.
But instead of me as I know myself I saw a clown with the face painted and sticking a tongue at me with those firing eyes...

Begin reading the relive anxiety relaxation script here:

Some of the key symptoms of anxiety include tight, tense muscles, shallow, rapid breathing, worried thoughts, and shaking. With this anxiety relaxation script you will target each of these areas to reduce anxiety and induce the relaxation response.

First focus on breathing. Calm breathing is key to being calm and relaxed. Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Now exhale through your mouth, as if you are blowing out a candle. Blow out all the air.

As you inhale, focus on slowing down your breathing into a calm rhythm. Exhale fully, releasing all the air.

Continue to breathe slowly and calmly.

Now that you are getting the oxygen you need, realize that your only job right now is to keep yourself as comfortable as possible while this feeling passes. Fighting against the anxiety only makes it stronger, so right now, accept that you are feeling anxious. Let's focus on calming your thoughts to relieve anxiety.

Repeat the following phrases.

I am feeling anxious right now, but I am okay. This feeling will pass, and no harm will come to me. I am safe, even though I feel frightened. I will soon be calm, even though I am experiencing anxiety right now. I will get through this. I am making myself as comfortable as possible while I wait for the anxiety to decrease. I can help myself to become gradually more calm and relaxed until this feeling passes.

Continue to give yourself calming messages.

As you continue to breathe slowly in, and exhale fully, and as you continue to repeat calming thoughts, now we can address any shaking or trembling you are experiencing.

When you experience anxiety, your body is in fight-or-flight mode. Your heart is pumping quickly so that oxygen can be delivered for your muscles to allow you use those muscles to escape from danger. There is no real danger right now, so the adrenaline is flowing through your body but not being used. Your muscles are so ready for action that they are trembling.

You can help this trembling to decrease by physically shaking out the tension. Imagine that you are shaking water off of your hands to dry them. Shake your hands. Allow your hands and wrists to be limp as you shake your hands and forearms quickly back and forth. Imagine drops of water flying off of your finger tips. Imagine your tension draining out your finger tips and being shaken away. Now stop and allow your hands to be still. Noticed how much more relaxed your hands feel? They may even feel pleasantly tingly.

Continue with even breathing and calm thoughts.

Inhale, think "I am becoming more and more calm"

Exhale, think "I am feeling more and more relaxed."

Inhale "Calm"

Exhale "Relaxed"

The last area to focus on now to relieve anxiety is your tense muscles. Your muscles become painful, tired, and cramped as a result of stress or anxiety. You can help your muscles relax now by first allowing your lower jaw to drop so your teeth are not touching. Let your jaw be relaxed and loose. Now lower your shoulders. Let your shoulders be relaxed and loose. You may even want to move your arms or shoulders in some circles, forward.... and back.... and now let your shoulders become limp as you increase the distance between your shoulders and your ears. Raise your arms above your head and stretch..... and now release the muscles as you gently lower your arms to your sides. Turn your head to the left, back to center, and to the right. Look down, look straight ahead, look up. Bring your head to a relaxed and neutral position. Straighten your back into correct posture. Keep your back upright, but maintain the natural curves of your spine.

You can continue to move, stretch, and relax to allow your muscles to become less tense.

In summary, the four steps for quick relaxation to relieve anxiety are:

Number 1: Breathe. Remember to breathe slowly and exhale fully.

Number 2: Calm your thoughts. Remind yourself that anxiety will pass.

Number 3: Physically shake out the tension.

Number 4: Relax your muscles, especially your jaw and upper back.

Continue to do these things until you feel calm and the anxiety is gone.

It might have happened to me once.
I think I had a hallucinatory fantasy to have seen my body back down there on the bed.
Like the clown like comment by our comedian, Myr, the body I thought I saw did not resemble being mine as I know it.

I wouldn't trust the news media too much. While it may be true that wallabies create some crop circles, I do believe that many crop circles are created by extraterrestrials. There's too many perfect circular forms on many of them that they could be made by animals like wallabies, and even people using widely known mainstream technology.

Ah ah. This is an anecdote for sure. And a good one. Now with all seriousness we know Extraterrestrials have been communicating with us through crop circles. Evidently many of them are man made. But not all of them. Ets want to convey a message that has something to do to alterations in our DNA. Something to do to Mayan calendar and modifications connected to climate changing. Today we watch on TV the draft of the century in California. Do not think it is caused by any Haarp project. The USA would not damage its own climate. It is an absurd in this respect. Look alterations relating to some changes we are going through a planetary issue. We won't be destroyed by any collisions of planets or meteors. Thinking so is stupid. It is a natural change but dolphins may be losing track until things get settled.

Silly humans, a circle is the shape of pie, and crops are how you make it. We're telling you to make more pie!

One of the most favorite techniques that specialists have come up with for the phase are:
-the Spinning Round Technique and..
-the Rolling out Technique.

Both are usually used when you do OBEs constantly.

The Roll-Out Technique should be done with slow-moving that becomes essencial for you to get it right.

Now, The Spinning Round Technique either being performed in vertical and horizontal position should be performed with fast moving.

Tips on how to stay awake while you are trying to enter The Phase.
I'll also elaborate on the interrupted Sleep Method.
An introduction to the Timer Method or Interrupted Sleep Method.
Here it is one of the so many forceful methods of entering The Phase.
An example of the forceful methods is the holding in urine Technique already explained on this thread of commentaries.
Using A Kitchen Timer you will connect the timer to release electrical power to turn on a noisy device to wake you up at intervals during the night.
Suppose you set your timer to turn on your stereo playing a noisy RocknRoll kindda Metallica For whom The Bell Tolls at 3 p.m. You wake up and stroll around your house to ascertain yourself you are awake.
Go to the bathroom look at the mirror and tap your face lightly.
Go back to put your body to sleep. Never say you are going to sleep but Your Body Will Sleep while Your Mind will remain awake.
Try experiencing vibrations using my Technique before mentioned described. Scroll back pages and see.
Having success or not just end the experiment.
This time you are only rehearsing, you are only training.
The same way reset your timer to wake you up again 3hours later.
That will be 6p.m. Give it another try.
Meanwhile if you happen to memorize a dream. Write it down in your Dream Journal.
I can go back to add some more on another occasion.

I will sure try this Timer Technique, something rang a bell into my head. Perhaps it must have been the bell from Metallica For Whom The Bell Tolls, I add, Ammalia, The Bell Tolls for you, for us, for everyone...even for Ernest Hemingway who wrote the book , who is known to have experienced creative hallucinations from The Phase, cause the author was an OBER (Out of Body Experiencer)

Dreams now will be the threshold of lucid dreaming experiences.

Remember that we are not gaining insights into the pathology of our

Our goal is...1st, getting familiar to dreams, 2nd, using dreams
to become lucid while dreaming, 3rd, using lucid dreaming as platform...
project our astral body through rotation technique or flying technique.

We come and go.
I had mentioned the Ist stage into recup. the dreams cause remembering dreams are pre requisite condition into our goal which is having an experience of lucid dreaming.
But you may ask "Isn't our main goal The Phase?"
I insist obtaining the state of lucid dreaming is the portal into The Phase.
All you will have to do while experiencing a lucid dream is a shift in consciousness through the rotation Technique.
What is the rotation Technique? Your para-body either positioned in a vertical way and a horizontal way you will put it (para-body) to spin fast.
Important: find a direction to your para Body. Project it to somewhere you remember quite well as the living room of Mother's house.

You could play the victim. After all, you are the victim! You could become bitter, jaded, hate your life. People have given up for a lot less, that is for sure. Your anger could spiral out of control, making you a shell of your former self.

Going Above & Beyond. Or, you could raise your consciousness. Instead of piling up more and more frustration, day after day, you could reset it in meditation and out of the body playing.
Yes, out of the body you are free to move.
Your other body has both legs.
You can roll back the odometer on your anxiety, depression, and frustration, whenever you wish.

Instead of living your life in the mental gutter, you could transcend the experience. You could use it as a springboard to go higher and further than you ever dreamed possible.
1A new career helping amputees maybe? Perhaps leverage that insurance settlement money into a passionate business venture? Go back to school? Maybe get into counseling or therapy? After all, who has more street-cred than the one-legged happy guy?

The point is that experiencing freedom out of the body puts your level of thought above anger, even for people going through highly traumatic experiences. There are a million ways to overcome just about anything, perhaps even inspiring others along the way. The Phase episodes unlock this high level mindset.

WICKED MUSHROOM

*wicked in Australia means= very nice

A satirical ironic critical version on drugs and their questionable
help into solving problems.
The current post is not meant to be controversial. It's just a factual
account of something eerie that once happened to me. I was incited by
some internet records on drugs that here and there can be found
available .
It was when I involuntarily ate some psychedelic
mushrooms.
To make a better understanding possible readers are addressed to
some of my blogs='me', 'It's raining rice', 'Smoking is bad for health'
and some others in which they will have a feeble idea of my
idiosyncrasies where drugs have never taken part as a valid means to
attain any spiritual development.

Now you can imagine how I felt as I involuntarily had those
hallucinogenic mushrooms. Guilt-feeling was inevitable although I
was not to be blamed. Anger for having been deceived and misled, a
fact.
It all began when I felt I might as well buy myself some mushrooms
to get the hotel salad better. I've always liked mushrooms and when I
am to choose them I make sure they are quite good. That's why I've
always chosen them in little glass jugs, always tagged 'eatable'.
I've
always known we must be careful in picking out the good ones.
I was in New Delhi at that time and decided to go to the market near
by so that I could get those mushrooms for my salad. There they
were, they looked really great lying on the shelves. They looked great
in the surrealist scene put on by the old shop.
Elves like puppets on a
string hanging from the ceiling completed the scene. They were sort
of hovering around above the shelves as if they were little sentries
guarding the mushrooms.
So I reached out for one of the glass jugs
and lifted it onto the counter. Since they weren't tagged and I couldn't
tell the good ones and the hallucinogenic apart I asked the man if that

one I just put onto the counter was good for eating. He absent-
mindedly answered 'yes', 'good'. 'very good'. I was satisfied, the glass

jug paid I turned around heading back to the hotel that was only two
blocks away from there.
At the dining room I sat and ordered as usual. And when the salad
came I felt myself happy to add the mushrooms I had just bought,

they seemed so tender, so nice.
Gee! This was the beginning of an ego-trip that I couldn't exorcize off
my mind up to the moment. I just can't get over it.
The mushrooms were delicious as I tasted them, but in a while I
started to feel myself sort of strange.
I just coudn't touch the meal. I
had a feeling I had been poisoned. There was really something eerie
about the mushrooms. It didn't take me much time to realize I had
eaten 'poisonous' mushrooms.
I just flew away from the table and
hurried my way up the stair heading my room feeling sort of throwing
up. The door locked I stood at the window to get some fresh air while
I tried to control the panic cause my head was spinning round sort of
out of its axis. I knew something was going on and I just couldn't
foresee how It would end.
Suddenly I realized that perhaps I might
had eaten a hallucinogenic kind of mushroom and since my head
started to be clear that would not killed me after all. Then it seemed
that all I could do was to grin and bear it. Being a complete stranger
in that city, having been there on a business trip arranged by the
organization I work for making a scene, compromising myself for
having taken drugs was completely out of question.
I knew in my
heart that they necessarily do not kill. Better this way, so I could lose
my job if I would be sent to the hospital. My reputation at stake the
last thing I needed in this whole wide world was attracting attention
and I immediately turned down the idea of calling the hospital.

As soon as the drug really took effect I started hallucinating. Sort of
panic, sort of anger with the sale man, kinda fear, a bit of anguish and
the social anxiety that grew stronger as i ignored the outcome of all
this. An emotional salad, indeed. If only I could see the light at the
end of the tunnel.
The first thing that occurred to me was that I was
losing the sense of having an ego- something, anything that gave me a
sense of individuality at all. As I looked at the sky it seemed to have
been painted in a terrific denin blue- and tiny snake-like, spring like
sparks of light were dancing like crazy falling from the sky like a rain
of light.
The increasing anger that installed in my mind was
jeopardizing the whole experience and I took that vision as a bad
omen. While my mind worked furiously to reach an agreement on
how to solve the issue to that careless salesman.
Then I turned my focus
to a great number of passer-by. I could see to my astonishment a halo
of light surrounding them as if they were all saints, not only around

their heads but also around their whole bodies. But not only around
people but also around buildings, houses, trees everything showed
that odd threatening halo just like a bright circle of light such as seen
around the sun and the moon in misty weather.

To cut the long story short, two or three hours later I had come to my
senses again, thank the good gods of fortune. I was still standing by
the window and that was me as I knew myself. Then as I was
recovering my senses and the halo around things no longer existed, it
had disappeared as if they had never existed. The sparks of light from
the sky had also vanished. Everything had come back to its natural
state.
Next day first thing in the morning I was determined to see the man
who had sold me the wrong mushrooms. I was full of anger and the
man would have to hear a word or two.
Then I hurried back to the
market to see the man. As I got near I noticed the very man talking to
another one in English. But as I burst out complaining for having
been misunderstood and misled about the mushrooms the man just
made believe he was not making out a word I was saying, that he
spoke no English he made it clear through his nods and gestures.
My
anger increased as I saw he was cheating me once more and I started
to make angry gesticulations and hard curses in Italian so that no one
could understand me and I could release my anger without
compromising me too much. But as a market seems to have a
collective mind people understood I had lost my temper and started to
form a circle around me and the salesman.
To get things worse some kids
suddenly started to repeatedly whip my back with long light sticks
just like Lucius and Mary Lucy often do and some people began to curse
back in Hindi- that's what I thought. The scene was already made. My
legs couldn't help but turning myself around heading myself back to
the hotel while I could, the turmoil of different voices banging in my
head. I was a little stupefied, the side effect of the drug I think.
Things
seemed already too unreal to me, It was not happening, too confused.
And the group's attitude just amounted to the 'surreal' of the situation
plus my own imprecation in Italian that sounded incredibly dramatic
among the hell created. A pandemonium, for sure. So my legs took
me back to the hotel while I was still infuriated with the salesman.

It is commonly known that Melatonin makes dreams more lucid and bright,if you are to take melatonin tablets do get ready to sleep like a stone.
Just like forcefull techniques in which you deliberately stay away home for hours and turn out very late and very tired.
Perhaps you might have taken part on those never ending meetings,
going to bed like this expect to have a nightmare if you try hard to keep your mind awake while your body sleeps,
you should try to rest and set your alarm clock to wake you up at 4 in the morning,
I say, melatonin really put you to sleep. By the way read on google, it's about DMT synthesis in the darkness.
These are fairly accepted procedures cause taking melatonin tablet is not drugactive.

All in all i think sometimes melatonin wont work and best to produce your own natural melatonin in the body.

NEWBIE WISHES TO BE CLARIFIED ON THE PHASE PROCESS

Hello, Ammalia

Im not an expert but lucid dreaming is a dream where you become conscious
and can control your dream while a astral projection is a projection of the body.
I have never had a conscious astral projection before but you can have a lucid dream and turn it into a astral projection.Hope that helped.

The place we join is on the realms of thinking alike. Nothing is charged because we are always in debt to someone and besides we take part as a way to refresh our memories about the so many techniques.
We share to feel ourself normal about a second nature in us we haven't taken the time and effort to discover.

WHEN YOU MEET WITH SOMETHING AWESOME ONTHE OTHER DIMENSION

Technologies may differ but once your main goal is reached there are so
many interesting things to experience you probably will not bother how
you got there or what led you there.
You are out of your body, worries relating to material life seem to have
vanished as if they had never existed.
You are back to your true home. You may investigate the new body your
mind created for yourself made out of the same energy as the "residents'
from that realm" - if ever they are fictitious or not.
Nevertheless will you care much checking out the golden cord linking
bodies since you have something awesome front of you?
What would you do? Ineffable joy. i know one thing that undescribable
loving feeling takes over you.
You just feel like doing nothing. Yet you are in complete control over
your mind's attributes. Take a hold on your emotions.
But you still do not care about finding or choosing words to make any

sense, to have societal approval or not. That moment belongs to you only-
for your eyes only.

= i meant to say that there are various methods inducing obes (out of the
body experiences- see google on that).
When i was meeting "awesome things": things that causes deep impact on you, i did not worry about which method led me
to that state cause i know and apply a dozen different methods.
i did not care to check out (investigate over the existence or nature)
about the so called silver or golden cord (a supposed cord made out of
energy linking the physical body and the energetic body).
People who give lectures on obe (out of the body experience) generally
are concerned into investigating the mentioned silver cord whilst out of
the body.
=i tried to convey the following message= i got so overwhelmed (in a
state of awe of surprise) for having met "that awesome thing" on the other
realm (sphere, dimension...) that even if i had great worries
(preoccupations) over the things we have to do at work, in the family

circle, paying debts, paying taxes, taking the dog to the veterinarian
,,,etc...this is what i call 'worries'.
In the other dimension where i met with "the awesome thing" it seemed as if i had no
worries. Worries came back to me upon waking up physically on my bed
in our dimension, in this world. this material world, here now.
'You may investigate the new body your mind created for yourself
made out of the same energy as the metaphorical new world of The Phase which discloses before your eyes".

Starting with getting proficient in recalling dreams the practitioner will learn by himself and his own practice to be lucid in the process of dreaming.
He will be able to change the oniric scenery, of the dream scene, and he will also be able to change the script of his dreams.
Through becoming lucid on a dream (lucid dreaming), he may feel a longing to fly whist having a lucid dream.
A reality check for sure getting him even closer to the real Astral projection.
