I found out 2 years ago that I have sleep apnea (which caused me to stop breathing nearly 30 times per hour and greatly affected how well I would sleep).
After started using a CPAP machine, I can sleep much better and started remembering more and more dreams, and some of them are kind of conscious...
I only had some reasonably lucid dreams so far, but no conscious OBEs.
Can anyone comment about experiences with the Phase while having sleep apnea (and regularly using a CPAP)?
Would that interfere in the process of reaching deeper states?
