I woke up in the night, tryed to sit up and sit up. Then i thought, that i shouldn‘t sit up real but in my secound body. So i got to sleep again. Later i woke up again, rubbed my hands in front of me, again i thought, i shouldn‘t do this real and get asleep. In the morning i was unshure, if i was in my secound body and didn’t realize. How can i prove that next time?
