Number of attempts in a week

Hello everybody.
Could I attempt to have an OBE every night if I'm using only micro (natural) awakenings?
Does the 2-3 day (in a single week) rule apply only to deferred method or to all attempts?

Sadly it applies to all techniques. That has been my biggest problem over the past few years. If you make an attempt every night your success rate will be reduced to zero. Stick to the instructions, only make 2 or 3 attempts per week at the most. Happy phasing!
