Advice on Concentration

Whenever I fell great body vibration and/or great inside sound and/or "tunnel rotation" in the mind, I can't focus on these events.

If I focus on, they disappear. If I don't focus on, I fall sleep.

Have you ever have gone through this same situations? Do you have any recommendations for this problem?

I recently discovered this website and have already read the basic book. Have started a dream diary and practiced some indirect techniques as well, but I am not still prepared to go live yet.

Although I never did OOBE I had similar experience you describe, in my situation it was over-excitement which spoiled the moment. Next time I tried it was fine.
