Beginner to out of body travel and i have questions

Thank you for reading and sharing ideas with me.
TO be honest i am really happy that i found a forum for such thing. i had so many experiences concerns out of body travel but didnt know about
for example i used to wake up and canot move. or when i close my eyes i see strange things. or sometime can feel things around me that no body can see or feel.
Today i will try all techniques which i read here . but i have some questions.

1-why my eyes always tears when i strart seeing things.?
2-can i travel out of my body without sleeping ? for example there are alot of guided music for such things ?
3-once i had the feeling that i am really flying from my bed but the connection was terminated very fast and i felt my body was moving as well .
4- what is the easy way to do such thing.

I have been feeling all things for many years but from today i will know what to do . hopefully it will work
