Visualization versus Observing Image

Post by Kate »

What's the difference between these two? Because the images we are observing are also generated by subconscious in the first place. So, in visualization, it is a preset image we want to project and not random language-less thought projection? It sounds like learn a new language of thought-forms.

Visualisation is when you consciously create the image. Observing images is when they spontaneously arise and you are merely a witness. In other words, in the first one, you perceive a degree of control. In the second one, you wait for the images to be unconsciously generated and brought to your attention.

In fact it is more complex than simply observe or visualize.

Observing images is tricky buisnis and result depend on few things like priority of pyhsical and nonphysical data and wakefullenes.
Very importatnt is not to move eyes because that is better focus eleswhere before image stabilze .
(details are for few pages of text)

Visualization
Is not only create image in the mind there are also more indirect wayes ho to "vizualize" using thoughts, asosociatin ,causality, other senses.
Each of them have specific aplication.
