Observing images. You kill two birds with one stone:visit picture galleries and see different unusuall events such as floor and wall moving, extracts from life of other people, dancing hat etc. and when you leave you body, you have further adventures. Double effect so to say.))

But this techniqu(straining the brain) did not explained in aclear way . It needs more details and explaining exampls Iwill be glad if shed more light on this techniqe here
Just try to straining your brain... You wiil feel what I mean in 1 minute. But it is not mean you are near the phase in this moment. It's just a training

Actually, straining the brain is a sign of the phase. If you can get vibrations by the technique, it means you were already laying in the phase

I seem to always get at least a little bit of vibrations by straining the brain, even when I seem to be pretty far from being able to separate.

Be very cautious. It may ruin attempts, if you do the straining the brain technique not in right moment.
