Remee - Lucid Dreaming mask
http://sleepwithremee.com/ Has anyone heard about this or tried it? I am thinking about buying one, but in Michael's book it is clearly said that every device made to enter Phase, will become useless after sometime, becouse your mind will get used to it. sorry if there is a thread about Remee alread...

Re: All Questions to M.Raduga
Is uncomfortable position still the best choice for entering the Phase via Direct method or have you found a better technique during your studies?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Well, yeah. That sounds logical. But still.... I have slept in an uncomfortable position for so many times and gained no Phase. I didn't have any intention to get one, thou

Yeah. I had to get through scary SP too. But I enjoy it.
Actually, there is a thread in this forum made by Michael, that the best technique for Direct attempt is uncomfotable sleeping. I'm confused

Re: Possible First experience using SOBT
Well, my advice would be not to mix "Becoming conscious while dreaming" and "indirect techniques." You will overwork yourself.
Anyway, great experience, the start of a marvelous adventure.

Re: The Best Direct Technique for OBE
Somehow, I've missed this thread and tried direct techniques using phantom wiggling and kinda failed. Just updated my blog. Question: Why does uncomfortable position has such an effect? I've slept in an uncomfortable one many times, but never had Phase, when doing it. Could it be, because I didn't h...

Re: LucidDreaming's diary
Yeterday I've tried to enter the Phase using Direct techniques. I did this, basically, because I don't sleep sleep enough for Indirect ones. So, my experience: I woke up after sleeping for 6 hours, stayed awake for 3 mins, put my earplugs in and went back to the bed. I lied there for few minutes to ...

Re: Killing in the Phase.
I guess you are both right. The image of someone dying might stay in your head forever. And in the real world, I would never kill a human being. Still... I'm not over this question. It's still in my mind.

Killing in the Phase.
I have tried various things in the Phase. But the subject of killing a human being has always threatened me. If I remember correctly, LaBerge used to say that it shoudn't be tried. What about you? Have you thought about trying it or have you tried it?

You have to try it. One of the best thing ever! All of the extreme stuff should be tried in the Phase.

Re: LucidDreaming's diary
I had one crazy night yesterday. I kept waking up and falling asleep, when suddenly I entered the Phase, 4 times in a row to be exact. Once one experience had ended I immediately got into another. First time in the last 6+ months, (Time I've been practising) I had such successful results of Phase ch...

It seems like you lack control in your Phase experiences. Maybe some deepening and maintaining would solve the problem?

What would you recommend for people, who can't sleep more than 6 - 7 hours, because of different circumstances, like school or work. Even weekends are off. What should people like these do?

Re: Trouble going back to sleep
How much time are you staying awake? Maybe 1 minute is enough for you? Do not stay for 10+ mins. Try waking up after 4.5 hours. you still have a chance of getting into Phase (Lucid Dreaming and OBE are one and the same). You won't fall asleep if you concentrate on something. We fall asleep, after ou...

Re: LucidDreaming's diary
Wow. Just wow
How can you possibly come up with this? It's as amazing as it is silly
perfect plan. I should try that out. My whole Phase would be spent in court. Sounds fun
Still, I could improve a lot by doing this. Thanks for the idea, summer

Re: The Phase Workshop
When I was reading LaBerge's "World of Lucid Dreaming", I've found it quite interesting too. The whole concept of having your own "universe" with everything reachable is amazing. but I failed making it . it was too hard, to control my Phase at such a high levels.

Re: Sex in the Phase

(for the immediate moment anyway) Just interested. Thanks. Unfortunately no. Almost every Phase of mine ends with sex experience and ever...

Re: LucidDreaming's diary
I have to share this. The most amazing experience ever. It was like a mash up of The Phase and a normal dream. I was not even planning to get into the Phase, but I became conscious in a dream. I immediately applied deepening and maintaining, but since I didn't have any plan, I had to act according t...

Re: Have you ever read Vadim Zeland's literature?
Hi Nova, thanks for your answer. Well, I've found Vadim's literature better than Eckhart's. They are talking about the same thing, but Vadim goes deeper, in my opinion. Could be nothing new for you, but after reading 5 book of transurfing, I feel like new-born

Re: LucidDreaming's diary
It's time to update my blog!!! Now, what I've found out in the last two weeks. I was doing an experiment. My goal was to enter the Phase, while using only "becoming conscious in a dream" techniques. I've started dream journal, I used mantras and anchors (which are very hard for me to notic...

He has written 6 books. 5 of them are translated in lithuanian and 3 of them are translated into english. Nova, you will definitely like it. Since I've read "A New Earth" which was recommended by you, and found it fantastic I can honestly say that this is better and this goes a lot deeper....

Have you ever read Vadim Zeland's literature?
Appereantly, he is Russian, and I thought you should know about him. I just got few of his books called Transurfing (basically, controlling your life with your thoughts). I found them fascinating and I agree with every idea. In one of the chapter of his book, he talks about The Phase (He calls it &q...
