The book is a very useful guidebook  both for beginners and for experienced practitioners. It contains a  number of various  techniques to choose in accordance to one’s personal preferences and abilities. All is clear and definitely described.

Not often lately, but sometimes I have some fear. I need it from time to time. No fear - no interest:)).

Interesting facts but I think people who answered  that they had no fears either told lies or were very strange. A question arises If one don’t have fear at all where is his instinct of self-preservation?)) 

It was Dream consciousness. I realized that I had been in a dream long ago, when I hadn’t the slightest idea of any OBE. Later I did it intentionally. Once in the evening I concentrated on a black dot for 10minutes and that very night I had my first experience in  lucid dreaming.   

7-10 a.m. as a rule.

All terms will do, except parallel world, because one can travell to parallel world being in the phase:).

I'm the same opinion. Once Iwas vaccinated against the flue and the effect from such vaccination was my month's terrible illness. I can imagime what may happen if I use h1n1. A'm against any anti-flue vaccine because am able to cure any flu within 2-4 days without use of any medicine.

Observing images. You kill two birds with one stone:visit picture galleries and see different unusuall events such as floor and wall moving, extracts from life of other people, dancing hat etc. and when you leave you body, you have further adventures. Double effect so to say.))

Sometimes it seems to me that I spend half an hour at least in the phase state of mind. But as a rule I make numerous experiences during one morning and it is difficult to tell for sure which of them was the longest  and how much time it took.  Each OBE takes approx. 5minutes on the average.

I  tried it several times, it was not long but hard to forget. Most of all I enjoyed sex with an invisible ghost. As a person who practices OBEs I’d like to share with you my opinion concerning deepening.     If you have some experience in OBEs you may enlarge the list of your deepening techniques. From my personal experience I found for myself that standing in the centre of the snowfall (or rain) deepens me....
