I have the same problem attempting to enter the phase during the work week. I just don't get enough sleep. Weekends are much better for me. I love how good u are at re-entering the phase after a foul!

Hi Martina!  Lots Of sleep might be best, but you can still do it with less sleep. Take for example what i did yesterday. I went to bed at 9:30 PM woke up at 1:30 AM stayed up for 15 minutes, went back to bed And had 2 amazing lucid dreams back-to-back!

Breadbassed, that was a cool phase!  I especially liked how you were able to enter even after u moved upon awakening!  That's very important.  Beginners need to know that the phase is still possible, and greatly so, even when movement occurs. 

I've never used vibrations to maintain.  Sounds like it can help me.  Gotta try it!

Have u ever tried a multiple alarm?  I too had a difficult time having success.  It wasn't until i used one of these alarms that i finally experienced the phase like is described in SOBT.  It only worked 3 times for me but I guess that was enough to get me on the right track. In part yes.  Sometimes people who aren't as determined as you, will give up after so many failed attempts.  But for you it will give u a chance to rest, build up your intention and then when u do attempt, it will be much stronger.  ...
